Hana Němečková

Hana is a photographer with a degree in art history and photography. After studying Judaism at the Pardes Institute for Jewish Studies in Jerusalem, she has worked with the Jewish Community of Brno for nearly 15 years, helping to bring together Jews from all streams of Judaism and organizing holiday celebrations - especially for young families with children.
As a child, Hana took part in many Maccabi events in Brno alongside her parents.
Years later, she founded a kindergarten within the Jewish community. Together with her colleague Anna Prouzová, she went on to establish Maccabi Tzair Brno, which the two now lead together — fostering meaningful connections among both children and parents. This year, Hana was appointed President of Maccabi Brno. In addition, the two also founded a women's group that meets regularly.
Hana is a proud mother of two daughters, ages 9 and 13.
