Marisse was born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand, and after 27 years in Sydney, returned home.
Marisse has had a diverse career across industries, including fashion and industrial manufacturing, travel, consultancy, and project management. She has also worked in database management, training and as a first-level support specialist for an innovation company.
Outside of work, Marisse enjoys skiing, biking, running and beach walks. She is the Membership Officer for a ski club on Mt Ruapehu and plays squash. Passionate about community, Marisse loves connecting with people through sports, events, and networking.
Marisse joined Maccabi through the Walkie Talkie event in Sydney and later organized three similar events in Auckland, featuring inspiring and informative speakers.
