Tatjana was born in Kazakhstan and has lived a life deeply connected to sport, culture, and community. She holds a BA and MBA in Behavioral Science and Management.

Her journey with Maccabi began in 2009, when she proudly won her first gold medal in volleyball at the Maccabiah Games. That moment ignited not only a deep passion for sport but also a lifelong commitment to empowering women through leadership and teamwork.

In 2013, she was honored to serve as Vice-President at Kfar Maccabiah in Jerusalem, where she helped build international connections and strengthen the shared values of Maccabi — unity, identity, and active participation. Speaking four languages has enabled her to build bridges across borders - something she carries into everything she does.

Today, Tatjana is a Vice-President of International Catch’n Serve Ball Federation
and President of German Catch’n Serve Ball Federation. Her mission is to develop Catch’n Serve Ball as a global grassroots movement — a sport that brings women together, promotes inclusion, and builds confidence both on and off the court.

As a World Champion in Volleyball for Masters, a mentor for Women’s Empowerment and Leadership, and a strong advocate for gender equality in sports, Tatjana believes that leadership begins with courage and connection - and that sport helps to create spaces where women can grow, inspire others, and lead with authenticity.
