Yamila (Yami) is a marketing strategist and co-founder of Kalos, a boutique consulting agency specializing in brand and market strategy for leading global companies. With over 15 years of experience, she works closely with senior business leaders to build brands that connect deeply with people and culture, crafting strategies that inspire meaningful growth across markets.
Yamila's connection to Maccabi began in Argentina, where she discovered her passion for leadership and Jewish identity through youth work. After moving to Spain, she became actively involved in community leadership, driven by the belief that we must build the spaces we dream of for our children. She currently serves as Vice President of Maccabi Spain, focusing on strengthening Maccabi Tzair and advancing women’s leadership through the Maccabi Women’s Forum
Yamila is married to Gabi and is the proud mother of Tobi and Benja.
